About Monika Brass:

Monika Brass is a mindfulness and meditation teacher, gaining both her certifications in meditation and the buddhist psychology of mindfulness over three years while living and studying in a Tibetan Buddhist Community in Northern California.

Over the last eight years of practice and instruction, Monika has also been trained in the modalities of Yin Yoga, Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) and the art of Reiki healing.
